Chef Cheyne Morrisby (see Cheyne´s) flies at higher game. This seems to be difficult but he gives it a try: To even top his brilliant kitchen in his restaurant in Hout Bay by concentrating on Japanese influences. Everyone who knows Cheyne divines he will make it. Everyone who does not know Cheyne by now: you really have to catch up on this!
